Client Relationship Manager (Full-Time)
Lawn Doctor of Chardon – Chardon, OH
Pay: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
Lawn Doctor of Chardon is hiring a full-time Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role supports daily office operations, customer scheduling, and long-term relationship building within our locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise.
What You’ll Do
· Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries
· Schedule lawn care services and manage customer information
· Explain Lawn Doctor programs, services, and recommendations
· Follow up with customers and inbound leads
· Support technicians and office operations
What We’re Looking For
· Strong phone and customer service skills
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
· Office, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
· $19–$24 per hour
